Professional Development
Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting your career, KGS Group is a place for you to grow, contribute and make a difference.
Our Mentor the Future program gives employees across KGS the opportunity to mentor or be mentored by another colleague in the company. One of our core values is “stop, teach, mentor” – and we live by it!
We also offer a complete suite of training resources for our team. From regular lunch n’ learns and on-the-job training to technical mentorship and professional development courses, we want to help our people build their skills and careers.
“Participating in the Mentor the Future program encouraged me to step beyond my usual role and provided an opportunity to share my own experiences with colleagues. It fostered a strong sense of value and mutual respect while helping me build new connections across the company. I also realized that many of us share similar challenges in life and work.”

Students & Graduates
Some of our longest standing team members started out through our Summer Student Program. We believe in giving back to the next generation and creating opportunities for students to gain real-world experience to set them up for success.
We’re committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and collaborative environment where you can learn and grow. We welcome students from a wide range of disciplines including engineering, project management, technical and field support, and corporate services.

“My summer at KGS taught me so much about the engineering consulting industry. I worked on-site, gaining valuable design and construction experience. It solidified my decision to pursue transportation engineering, and I’ve been with the company ever since!”
